After registering for the conference, participants requesting assistance with their visa application will receive a letter of invitation. The conference is registered with Services Canada, and a list of those seeking an invitation letter will be forwarded to Immigration Canada.

Kindly note that registrations cannot be cancelled for those who have already received an invitation letter. Only in the case that your visa application is declined, a refund will be issued deducting 6% of the paid amount as a processing fee.
